近五年内(进入博士阶段以后)至少在国家社科基金资助期刊(第一和二批的经济学或统计学类)上公开发表2篇学术论文。

年龄一般不超过35周岁,国内外名校、名师培养的博士优先考虑。

管理学类(管理科学与工程、工商管理等相关专业)

博士及博士后

近五年内(进入博士阶段以后)至少在国家自然基金委管理学部认定的重要期刊(AB类)上公开发表2篇学术论文。

年龄一般不超过35周岁,国内外名校、名师培养的博士优先考虑。

注:博士后需主持过博士后基金项目。

二、          引进流程及待遇

每年年初由学校统一发布本年度人才引进计划,每年拟引进人才数量为3~5人。优秀人才的公开招聘常年进行,依照应聘报名、资格审查、面试(教学试讲和学术报告)、综合考评、体检、组织考察、学校审批、公示、聘用的程序开展。相关待遇参照《山东科技大学高层次人才引进工作规定》(2016)执行。

PhD and  Postdoc

In the past  five years (after entering the doctoral phase), at least 2 academic papers  were published in the National Social Science Foundation funded journals (the  first and the second group of economic or statistic journals).

The applicant  is not more than 35 years old, who is cultivated by  the famous domestic and foreign scholar preferred.

Management

(Management  Science and Engineering, Business Administration and other related majors)

PhD and  Postdoc

In the past  five years (after entering the doctoral phase), at least 2 academic papers  were published in important journals recognized by  the National Natural Science Foundation of  China (journals of class A and B) .

The applicant  is not more than 35 years old, who is cultivated by  the famous domestic and foreign scholar  preferred.

Note:As for Postdoc, post doctoral programs need to be hosted.

2 Application and Renumeration

At the beginningof each year, the talent introduction plan of the year is uniformly issued byschool. According to the plan, we are going to introduce 3~5 professionals eachyear. Open recruitment of talents is carried out as follows: registration,qualification examination, interview (including teaching and academic report), comprehensiveevaluation, physical examination, organization investigation, examination andapproval, publicity, and final employment.
