报告简介：安全”和“健康”一直是煤矿行业面临的首要问题，其中“人因”因素至关重要，通过“人”的微视角来探求煤矿安全和健康可持续发展问题，已成为该领域的重要研究内容。该报告基于上述背景，具体阐述了煤矿生产系统内组织人员的心理交互以及共生关系路径优化等问题。

①Who Reports Low Interactive Psychology Status? An Investigation Based on Chinese Coal Miners：In mine safety and health research, psychological issues have always been neglected. This paper aims to identify the psychological perceptions of workers with respect to the mine environment and interpersonal environment across the whole production system. A survey was designed that measured the miners’ demographic details and perceptions of two affect-based interactions; three resource-based interactions for the manager, supervisor, co-worker; and three actual environment interactions.

②How can groups reach safety symbiosis in coal mine production system：The complexity and interactive nature of activities between everyone involved in the coal mine production system means that the “group” plays the key role in maintaining safety in working order. This paper introduces symbiosis theory to research on coal mine safety management. Peer groups and hierarchy groups are analyzed according to the characteristic parameters of the symbiotic interaction mechanism.

报告简介：韩帅，管理学博士，研究方向为“能源-安全-健康管理”，在国内外SCI/SSCI/国家基金委认定A类等相关期刊上发表论文十余篇，独立主持国家自然基金委青年项目1项，主持江苏省级科研项目2项，兼任JCP、RCR、RP等期刊审稿人。

姜力文，博士，物流管理系教师。研究方向为物流与供应链管理，主要承担《物流系统仿真》《现代物流管理专题》《博弈论》等课程。在《系统工程理论与实践》《中国管理科学》《管理工程学报》《工业工程与管理》等国家自然科学基金委管理科学部重要期刊、SSCI、SCI期刊发表学术论文7篇，出版学术专著1部，主持山东省自然科学基金项目1项、教育部产学合作协同育人项目1项、山东科技大学人才引进科研启动基金项目1项、参与国家自然科学基金项目2项、山东省高等学校“青创科技计划”1项。

刘露，管理学博士，硕士生导师，研究方向为物流与供应链管理、供应链金融等，主要承担《博弈论》《物流与供应链金融》《消费者行为学》等课程。在《Decision Sciences》《系统工程理论与实践》《Electronic Commerce Research and Applications》《Operations Research Letters》等国家自然科学基金委管理科学部重要期刊、SSCI、SCI期刊发表学术论文20余篇，出版学术专著1部，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金青年项目2项、教育部人文社会科学基金项目2项、山东省高等学校“青创科技计划”1项，入选山东科技大学“菁英人才计划”（C类），兼任《International Journal of Production Research》《运筹与管理》等期刊评审人。
